ReproScan Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Shipping, Receiving, Quality Control & Repair Technician. This position plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse — managing shipments, inspecting products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with repairs and equipment testing.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. This role requires extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a small, fast-paced team environment.

Job Description:
The Shipping, Receiving, Quality Control & Repair Technician will work collaboratively with staff and contractors to perform the following responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials, parts, and equipment
- Accurately prepare, package, and ship customer orders
- Perform quality control testing to ensure product accuracy and functionality
- Assist with equipment setup, maintenance
- Perform repairs, updates and maintenance on equipment
- Maintain organized storage, labeling, and warehouse cleanliness
- Track inventory, record shipments, and assist with cycle counts
- Support service and technical staff with equipment testing or refurbishment
- Communicate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Requirements and Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Technically skilled and comfortable performing tasks such as soldering, software updates, and mainboard replacements as well as working with small parts.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or repair work preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory or shipping systems)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities

Position Details
- Position Type: Full-time, exempt
- Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM with extended hours when busy
- Salary:to be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience; estimated range $38,000-$52,000
- Time Off: Company-designated holidays plus 40 hours of vacation (prorated for partial years). Vacation must be used by December 31 and will not roll over.
- Health Insurance: Offered through US Health Advisors. The company contributes $150/month toward the plan of your choosing (non-transferable benefit).
- Retirement Plan: Beginning January 1, 2024, a 401(k) plan with 1.5% employer match.
- Work Location: Primarily based at the Winterset office; all necessary tools will be provided.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position. Regular office hours are Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional travel and extended hours as needed and for events or trainings.
