A new and improved version of our mobile app is now available — designed for faster performance, stronger connectivity, and an easier user experience. In order for customers to connect to the newest Apexx App, the software on the Apexx’s mainboard must be updated.
If you have a customer who is having a bad experience with the original app, they will need to send their Apexx in to have the software on the mainboard upgraded.

Once your customer’s Apexx has been updated, you can direct them to this page for instructions on downloading the new Apexx App.
For customers who have not had their Apexx software updated, they can still use the original app, now called Apexx Legacy (green icon):
