Thank you for using the ReproScan Apexx ultrasound system. A new and improved version of our mobile app is now available — designed for faster performance, stronger connectivity, and an easier user experience.

Important: Please upgrade now and ensure you’re using the app with the black background icon. The green icon app is the legacy version and should be deleted.

How to Connect to Your Apexx Ultrasound once app is installed

  1. Power on your Apexx ultrasound unit.
  2. On your phone/tablet, open Settings > Wi-Fi.
  3. Select the network that matches the serial number of your Apexx. The serial number can be found on the back sticker of the ultrasound (e.g., 2317221).
  4. No password required.
  5. Open the black icon app and start scanning.

Quick Tips

  • Delete the green icon app if it’s still on your device
  • Stay connected to the ultrasound Wi-Fi during use
  • Double-check Wi-Fi name when switching units
  • The Wi-Fi light must be lit up on your Apexx ultrasound in order to connect to the app. When not using the app, you can turn the Wi-Fi off to improve battery life. The Wi-Fi button is next to the exam button on your Apexx ultrasound.
